Does my child need to come with me to the optical shop?
Most of the time, yes. For initial fittings, the child must be present. When you come to pick up their new glasses, it's best if your child is there, so the optician can make any necessary adjustments.
How long will it take for my glasses to arrive?
Orders process in about two weeks. This is an average and every pair of glasses is different. We make the glasses just for your child; and just like kids, every glasses prescription is different.
Do I need to bring my child's old pair of glasses?
Yes, if your new pair is a warranty replacement. Our warranty covers scratched lenses and broken frames, but will not cover lost items; so, the old pair must be returned.
We live far away. Can you ship them to us?
Yes! Shipping is an additional $15.00 and adds a couple days to the total processing time.
