We Answer Frequently Asked Questions About Our Optical Shop
Does my child need to come with me to the optical shop?
Yes, most of the time. The child must be present for initial fittings. When you come to pick up their new eyeglasses, it’s best if your child is there so the optician can make any necessary adjustments.
How long will it take for my glasses to arrive?
Orders are processed in about two weeks. This is an average, and every pair of glasses is different. We make the glasses just for your child; just like kids, every eyeglass prescription is different.
Do I need to bring my child’s old pair of glasses?
Yes, if your new pair is a warranty replacement. Our warranty covers scratched lenses and broken frames but will not cover lost items, so the old pair must be returned.
We live far away. Can you ship glasses to us?
Yes! Shipping is an additional $15.00, adding a couple of days to the total processing time.
